Chicken Salad Illness Strikes

Had a chicken salad for a late lunch by 11pm I had both vomiting and diarrhoea to the point where I passed out on the bathroom floor. I can only now (12 hours since first episode) keep small amounts of water down but am incapable of doing anything.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
