Off Pineapple Causes Illness

We got the big box with 1 pepperoni pizza and one with pineapple. The pineapple tasted off but I thought it was a mix of the acidic pineapple with the sauce. I got very sick with stomach pain and all the awful things that go with food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
