Severe Overnight Pizza Illness

I ate 3 slices of the pizza at 8 pm. Woke up at 3am with a serious stomach pain. Fell asleep then woke up at 4am and rushed to the bathroom to vomit. Stayed up until 12pm constantly vomiting with fits of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
