I ordered it Sunday 8/30/2020. The food made me so sick that I now have what my GI calls a Mallory-Weiss tear in my esophagus. I was at the ER Monday 8/31/2020 for bloody stool and had several tests done. I’m now going for an endoscopy 9/18/2020z  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloating, Bloody Stool

I got food poisoning from this location. I ate lunch there today and had a medium fries and a crispy chicken sandwich. Started feeling really sick after dinner. I have diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Sunday, March 31, 2018, ate half of the fish sandwich then started stomach burning followed by vomiting, diarrhea and severe cramps. Symptoms went away by noon the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 3 slices of the pizza at 8 pm. Woke up at 3am with a serious stomach pain. Fell asleep then woke up at 4am and rushed to the bathroom to vomit. Stayed up until 12pm constantly vomiting with fits of diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ordered a cheese quesadilla with salsa and guacamole, while I was eating it it taste funny but I was starving so I swallowed it down, got a stomachache progressively got worse, 20 minutes later I threw up went to bed, this morning my stomach is still sore....  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
