Pizza, Wings Cause Illness

Either the pizza or wings.  Two times.   I ordered pizza and wings Friday evening and woke up on Saturday with severe cramps and diarrhea.  I had to leave work Monday because I almost pooped myself.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
