Pepperoni Pizza Illness Again

I had a thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and some breadsticks. Within 30 mins I got sick and severe stomach pains. This isn’t the first time. I always try again, but this time I’m done. It’s not worth it!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain
