Ate pepperoni pizza from the buffet on Monday, July 2nd. By Tues. morning, had extreme cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, fever. BF had lesser symptions but was sick as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
