Pepperoni Pizza Illness Alert

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. Within two hours I was vomiting out of the blue. I also developed chills, a fever, a swollen stomach, sore legs, and fatigue. I spent 7 hours in the hospital after eating the pepperoni.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue, Soreness
