Beef Pineapple Pizza Illness

I ordered a beef and pineapple pizza. I had four slices and several hours later I was throwing up and had diarrhea I was the only one to eat that particular pizza. My wife got home late and I told her not to eat it.
Last night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
