Severe Pizza-Induced Illness

Me and friends ordered a pizza and I woke up at 1 am feeling like I was going to vomit. Then I had one of the worse stomach pains I've ever felt. On top of that I had chills and was super dizzy, only to get the worse case of diarrhea I've ever had.
