Severe Illness After Wings

Ordered chicken wings and a pizza. About 4 hours after eating I became violently ill. My partner became moderately ill. I had to be hospitalized after 20 hours of non stop vomiting. It has been 4 days and I am still unable to keep food or liquids down.
