Airport Lounge Food Illness

All the food was left open, there were fruit flies on some foods. Having paid, i tried to eat a little and the chicken i had just seemed very different. I probably took 3bites and approximately 12hours later all the symptoms came on  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
