I had a mango salad and a grilled chicken sandwich Friday afternoon. I ate a topichop w chicken and rice and beans around 9 pm sat. I started to feel sick 24 hours later. Today is Sunday I have been in bed with a fever, stomach pain with cramping and diarrreah. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
