Spicy Chicken Meal Illness

I got a 4 piece spicy chicken meal with one biscuit, an orange Fanta, and 2 apple pies. It was the only meal I had that yesterday. Woke up this morning at 3 am with severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, and nausea. It is now 13:22 and I still have symptoms.
