Chicken Tenders Cause Cramping

It was about 12pm April 18th, I had abdominal cramping 20 mins after eating mild chicken tenders and used the restroom. An hour and a half later the cramping is back, severe abdominal cramps that kept me on the toilet. The only two separate times I've eaten at popeyes I've had diarrhea both times.
