Ate spicy chicken sandwich. There were out of ghost chicken sandwich. Exactly 12 hours I stared with serious abdominal pain vomiting nausea diarrhea I ate this Mon 10/13/25. Missed 4 days work saw MD, fell down due to weakness.

I ate the chicken sandwhich for lunch at work. After I finished I got queasy within 10 minutes. Then I had diarrhea and I threw up. I have been sick for hours now.
