chicken sandwich, I woke up this morning and felt hot and dizzy. I immediately rushed to the bathroom. The pain is stabbing into my belly button. I ate the sandwich last night. I called my boyfriend and he is at work also currently on the toilet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness
