Cold Shrimp, Vomiting Child

Ordered the popcorn shrimp meal for my 12 yr old. He began eating the shrimp. He told me it tasted like the bottom of the barrel and reported it as being cold and I told him to stop eating it. Approximately five minutes later he began vomiting.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
