i ate the mediterranean sandwich minus chicken at potbelly. the next day symtoms started as minor stomach ache and dizzyness. at night i had a massive stomach ache which was unbareable, i almost went to ER. Last 2 days  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
