I purchased a Mediterranean salad to eat on a flight that left ~ 5:30 pm Feb 12. Sudden diarrhea occurred as flight was unloading at destination ~3.5 hrs. after eating No additional food consumed on plane. Vomiting started about an hour later. Diarrhea continued.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
