Chex Cereal Causes Illness

I ate the cinnamon Chex on Tuesday morning. I started not feeling well stomach problems . Pain bad. Then I ate the Blueberry checks gluten free on Friday. Got sick again. Not knowingly that others have too. I thought I had a flu bug. The worst gas pains then pure liquid.

I ate packaged hand crafter Caesar salad from there I was the only person ill...It began about 2 hours after eating...I felt warm...sweaty....went to bed....about 2 hours later I vomited 3 times

Lettuce & Avocado Illness

I purchased regular Iceberg lettuce and haas avocados on 8/15/19. Ate them on 8/17/19. Started to have a stomach ache and bloating a couple of hours later started vomiting and then diarrhea fir5 hours straight.
