Food Safety Reports: QDOBA Mexican Eats, Baltimore Pike, Springfield, PA, United States

I eat lunch at Qdoba 3-4 times per week and never experienced this. 2 hours after eating started to get nauseous. 4 hours after eating I drove myself to the ER with 102.4 fever and massive dehydration. First ER visit in 20 years! You know it was bad with those stats.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
