ER Visit After Qdoba - Qdoba, Springfield Pennsylvania

I eat lunch at Qdoba 3-4 times per week and never experienced this. 2 hours after eating started to get nauseous. 4 hours after eating I drove myself to the ER with 102.4 fever and massive dehydration.
