Chicken Bowl Causes ER Visit

I ate a chicken cauliflower bowl and chicken street tacos. About 20 minutes after eating it, my stomach starting hurting bad and on came the uncontrollable water diarrhea. That was at 5:30pm and I am still sitting like a goose. I might have to go to the E.R. I am also having a lot of abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
