Severe Caniac Combo Reaction

On 1/9/2024 at about 6pm, I got a caniac combo. All of the food tasted normal but within 4 hours I was having severe stomach cramping. I started vomiting uncontrollably after that. After about 2 hours or vomiting I had diarrhea. This was ALL I ate today so 100% from this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
