Chicken fingers and fries 2 days ago. Woke up at 4am with unbearable cramps and bloody diarrhea. Had to stay motionless in the bathroom... About 16 hours of this plus fever, sweating and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloody Stool, Chills, Sweating, Cramps
