I purchased dynamite rolls, chicken Gyoza and bbq steamed pork buns. About 2 hours after consumption I became lethargic and nauseous. I’ve been throwing up and have had diarrhea constantly since.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
