Shrimp & Grits Illness

I got the shrimp and grits (which were delicious, but beside the point)... then I started to feel nauseas right after and started having diarrhea and vomiting an hour later as well as chills... been in the restroom the rest of the day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
