Severe Illness After BBQ

5 hours of vomiting and diarrhea, simultaneously. Called 911 because I was took weak to walk. Went to stand alone in Conway. Was given fluids and antiemetics.

Not sure All four people in our party that night had the same symptoms. Which is still continuing for 4 days now, It happened on Sept 3,2022
