We were all 9 adults with 2 seniors and one child. 4 from our family members had diarrhea and two minors had diarrhea, high fever and headache, after 1 to 2 days dining with the said restaurant. Their lettuce were even piled up near the counter without any cover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
