Food Safety Reports: Rose Spice, High Street, Chesham, UK

I ordered a delivery from Rose Spice, Chesham. The rice was dried up and stale. The chicken was also dried up and not cooked freshly. Within 2.5 hrs I had severe crampingvomiting. I have a stoma so was spared diarrhoea. I think it was bacteria from the stale rice that caused it  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
