I had Golden Grahams for breakfast yesterday. I pooped a lot more yesterday to the point my bum hurt. I woke up this morning sweating through my sheets then chills, severe upper abdominal pain and headache. My insides hurt and I’m exhausted.

Mac & Cheese Illness

I had some the mac and cheese from the salad bar. What later happened was terrible. Intense stomach cramps, throwing up, nausea, and weakness. I went to the Doctors on Duty and they gave me medicine. Food was consumed on May 8, May 9 was when all hell broke loose.
