Pizza Cramping Post-Shopping

Hungry after shopping, picked up a slice of pepperoni pizza!
An hour or two later I had really bad cramping. The pain and cramping became unbearable, I had to leave my other errands and rush home. Nauseous currently and stuck with diarrhea and ongoing pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
