Lucky Charms Illness: Green Stool

My 11 year old son was sick after he ate Lucky Charms. The box was tightly closed up so I thought it was ok even though we'd had it a couple of months or more. He had diarrhea and green p**p. He was nauseated and almost threw up. We bought the cereal at here.
