Cereal Causes Stomach Issues

I ate lucky charms cereal twice in the last month and both times I ended up with the same problems . It would start shortly after eating . I ended up with my stomach cramping and was nauseous . I then ended up with diarrhea . Both times I stayed sick for about a day .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
