Strange Taste in Coffee

I have got coffee from there several times and the coffee is pure black and taste like there is engine oil or something inside the coffee. I have tried several different brands and all the brands that are on sale are like this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
