I ate mac and chickenand a half chicken flatbread.... Sat night I started throwing up with diarrhea..I have been sick for days today is wed and feel better finally able to eat very bland food .. still feel like I got hit by a truck my abdomen is so some from vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
