his girl n myself are deathly ill one hour to 2 hours after drinking from same pitcher made of milkshake I made using a choc malt powder I tried. It's knly common thing we all 3 did and they are very sick. And I am more then jut vomiting I am having severe cramps in my arms my face neck severe chest shortness breath weak dizzy felt funny home mb vision. I felt like I was jockeyed my kid call3d said same.
I need to no why 3 of myself plus 2 family members are severely sick. Exact same tk.e line not just vomiting we all 3 describing the symptoms starting out hour after departure from a family event eaief mnvolving a blender full of coffee milkshakes made w a new ingredient I seen on shelf at schnucks choc malt powder. We all three very very I'll theb in early 30 I'm 57 n haven severe severe cramps wat started was itching on drive home and as driving g n felt as if I had been mickeyed n xhen I got home got out of my xar I cod baby get out of my car n stand. N my son called bout tgat time said same hhing. Plz tell me the seriousness bcn never has a stroke or heart attack but the tightness in NY chest n the severe Charlie horses n arms face neck hands n toes calves. Severe thirst. I ordered a you pick 2 small Mac and cheese and chipotle avocado chicken sandwich. Ate it at 3pm on Sunday April 21st, didn’t eat anything else. Violently threw up and had diarrhea starting at 7pm until Monday night. Still feeling sick just low energy and recovering.
Avoiding Panera at all costs moving forward.

We are a family of 4 who each got an empanada and 2 plates of rice with the juice/sauce from the pork. It happened on Sunday, April 14 2023. Symptoms started at 3:00 and 3 out of the 4 were effected and hospitalized for severe dehydration, vomiting,

I didn’t eat all day and only ate raising canes the day of the food poisoning. As I was eating I tasted something “moldy”I wasn’t sure if it was the cole slaw or chicken. Couple hours later I started having all the symptoms. Stomach cramps, vomiting, nausea
etc. raising canes was the only thing I ate that day and nothing else.

Ristorante Scarolie's Pasta Emporium, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ) and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal, has issued a recall for its bolognese sauce due to lack of safe consumption information on the product label. The issue was
discovered during routine inspections by the MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The company is recalling the product as a precautionary measure. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product.
The recalled product is the company's "Bolognese" sauce, sold in unitary format. The recall affects all lots that do not have the phrase "Keep Refrigerated" on the label. The sauce was packaged in glass jars with a metal lid and sold refrigerated exclusively at the company's location at 950, boulevard Saint-Jean, in Pointe-Claire.
If you have this product at home and has not been kept refrigerated, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
