Food Safety Reports: Seasons 52, La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA, USA

4/11/25 ate scallops at seasons 52. Became very ill after about 1-1/2 hrs. This morning is day 3 and I’m still not feeling well. I’m the only one that ate scallops. Severe stomach pain, throwing up, lethargic and headache unable to eat. Was there at 6:00pm Hugo Belzidsky party on the patio.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
