Whole family ate same pizza. I was only one who had a fountain drink. (Coke Zero). Immediately after eating, on the drive home I was nauseous and had stomach pain.
Vomited/Diarrhea when got home. Felt gross rest of evening. Went to bed. Next day stomach still a little sensitive, so didn’t eat much.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
