- comments: found mens toilet room handwashing sink water temperature at 72. 1 f. Instructed manager to provide a minimum hot water temperature of 100f at all times. Priority violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: found chemical sanitizing dish machine inadequately sanitizing dishes at 0 ppm, noted dish machine filled with plates and bowls. Instructed manager to provide an adequate chemical sanitizing concentration (per manufacturer's instructions). The chemical sanitizing dish machine was tagged and held for inspection by the cdph. Instructed not to use until it is adequately sanitized and re-inspected by cdph. Priority violation. 7-38-025. Citation issued.

The following previous core violations were not corrected: 6-202. 15 observed outer rear exit door weather stripping in poor repair(worn). Must replace and maintain to prevent entry points for pests. 4-601. 11(c): must clean dry food storage shelving to remove spills and debris in the kitchen and rear storage area. Instructed manager to comply. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
