Steak Fajitas Illness Outbreak

I had the steak fajitas so did my friend and we both have the same symptoms. I have not stopped with the diarrhea, the Vomiting stopped about 6 am. we had a late lunch their 2:30pm symptoms started around 9 PM | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
