Sirloin Illness: 3-Day Recovery

On 10/18/23 I had a top sirloin and a baked potato. The steak was fatty and had a foul taste, I was with workmates so I just did not eat the steak. foe the 3 days to follow I was unable to eat or drink anything. Today. 10/22/23 was the first day i was able to have toast.
