Since this morning I am pretty sure it was the burger I had from Small Cheval Fulton Market I had stomachache since this morning, and now I am throwing up nonstop and have headache, severe stomachache that I am unable to walk, and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Vomiting, Diarrhea
