Ribs, Just myself got sick and about 30 minutes after I ate it my stomach cramped up and now I’m vomiting and have Diarrhea

Me and my friend both ate at smokey bones last night pretty much the only thing we ate yesterday except an occasional snack about thirty minutes later our stomachs began to feel knotty, last night she began to sweat and feel really naseous, I only felt nauseous…
