Likely their food, had 2 breakfast burritos, a cranberry limeade, and an Oreo blast I was the only one that ate it, about 5 hours after consumption I started having sharp pains in my stomach followed by nausea and vommiting, the next day I tested I was running a fever along side other symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Other, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
