Off-Tasting Onion Rings Illness

I noticed the onion rings tasted off and I only ate 3 of them. I'm glad I didn't eat anymore than that. I've been feeling nauseous with stomach pains and diarrhea that started about 30 minutes after my meal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
