I grabbed two relish packets and 2 mustard packets when I stopped for gas went inside for water. I didn't use the mustard but I did use the relish packets on a sandwich I made from items in my fridge that I had already eaten and didn't
get sick from. I thought the relish smelled a little funky when I tore open the packet but maybe it was just not super fresh and I didn't think relish was something to worry about. Not long after eating that relish on a sandwich (less than an hour and a half) I experienced severe stomach pain and cramps. I became extremely thirsty and started drinking a lot of water but it didn't seem to stop the thirst. Then my head started pounding and I had sore muscles and felt very dizzy. I stumbled when I stood up and it scared me. I haven't vomited in at least 20 years, I just never throw up for some reason and I didn't even remember what it feels like, but I felt contractions in my gut and realized I was about to puke and it wasn't easy getting to the bathroom because I was so dizzy. It was only 15 feet away. I threw up 3 times and there was a lot of that water I drank coming up and I saw the relish and thought OH! It has to be that relish! It was horrible and I felt like I was going to die for the next several hours. I didn't want to drink any water for fear of puking again and my stomach was empty at this point. I was laying in bed with my head splitting and couldn't get comfortable. Then I remembered the bottle of colloidal silver that I recently bought for viral protection. I drank about 3 oz right from the bottle and the symptoms lessened considerably within a half hour. I didn't throw up again but my gut felt rock solid and nothing would come out either end. I slept off and on for the next day and a half just feeling very weak. I am feeling better now. I ate an entire large pizza by myself because I hadn't eaten in quite a while. I think it's over. Beware those relish packets!

My children have been throwing up non stop and experiencing diarrhea. My stomach has had severe abdominal cramping and pain. I told my husband to throw away what we had left. Next step is taking my family and I to the ER.

without almost vomiting along with severe diarrhea and stomach pain. It's got to be the soup. Everything else I ate and drank was fine, until I ate the soup.

I ate at Thai Smile on a Saturday 9/10/2022. I started feeling sick Sunday night , Monday sluggish and tired, Tuesday 9/13 developed headache and later in day severe diarrhea. Home sick with fever, chills, no appetite, Wed and Thursday. Thursday night 10 pm presented to Er
with dehydration, fast, labored breathing. Low blood pressure. andmitted anlmist sent to ICU but blood pressure recovered after 5 bags IV fluids. Acute sepsis. Was hospitalized 11 days. Bill $275,000.00 thank God for insurance. Out of work 30 days.

Ordered food from Taco Bell for my son he ate and was violently vomiting within an hour and an half to two hours after. After 3 hours he has diarrhea. Came out of nowhere, totally fine before eating there.
