Pizza, Candy Cause Illness

I grabbed two of the personal pepperoni pizzas from the cafe, and a bag of cotton candy. Within an hour of consuming the food, I was vomiting, and within 4 hours I was emptying my bowels. 10 hours later, I am feverish and shaky.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
