Salad Smell Sparks Sickness

I know it was from a salad I bought there. It was not expired, it did not look wilted- but it smelled foul so I only ate a little of it before throwing it away. Shortly after I am nauseated and vomiting and have a terribly headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
